From the first owner, a Lifeboat Company-built 850 lifeboat.
Lifeboat Company has production molds that can be used to manufacture new polyester hulls. These are lifeboat molds from the 1980s that they have modified.
Often, building a new lifeboat is barely more expensive than dismantling and restoring an old one. The starting point for construction is a pristine, sleek hull into which a new, custom-made interior is immediately built. This means a custom design tailored entirely to your wishes and ideas. A major advantage, of course, is the quality of the polyester hull: very heavy and sturdy, just like in the old days, but made with modern polyester materials.
