This solidly built and elegantly designed Vri-Jon Contessa 40 was built by the renowned Dutch shipyard Vri-Jon DSA Yachts in Ossenzijl, a shipyard known for its high-quality steel motor yachts with excellent sailing characteristics and a timeless design. Thanks to its robust build quality and comfortable layout, this vessel is ideally suited for both long voyages and relaxing stays on board.

It is a steel clinker-built motor yacht measuring approximately 12.10 x 3.85 x 1.20 meters, built in 1997. Powered by a powerful 120 pk Iveco diesel engine, the vessel features hydraulic steering, a hydraulic bow thruster, and a hydraulic stern thruster, which make maneuvering exceptionally easy.

The hull is constructed of steel and features black anodized aluminum window frames. The warm mahogany interior gives the yacht a classic and luxurious look. On deck, the yacht features, among other things, a manual anchor winch, davits, a windshield, a swim platform, a swim ladder, spray hoods, a convertible top, and a sun awning.

The vessel is equipped with a comprehensive range of electrical equipment, including a Mastervolt 24/50A battery charger (2019), a 6.5 kVA generator, shore power connection, and a Victron 1600W/70A combo inverter. For navigation, the vessel is equipped with a depth sounder, log, and heading indicator.

The comfortable layout includes a spacious salon, two cabins with a total of 4 to 6 berths, a generous aft cabin, a dinette, and a galley. The vessel also features a water heater, shower, two flush toilets, a microwave, and a 3-burner stove. For added comfort, air conditioning and an Eberspächer hot-air heater are provided.
